I am fortunate to be surrounded by extraordinary partners with diverse characters, talents and experiences. We are a team, and that is something I have always found to be a passion. Not only being in a team, but figuring out how to make a team realise its highest potential, has always been important to me, whether in sport, my personal life, or in my professional career.
Born in South Africa of Welsh, French and English extraction, educated in Cape Town and the UK, with family spread around 5 continents, and living in Spain with my Spanish partner and our 3 children, I have been fortunate enough to experience diverse cultures, languages and very different ways of doing things.
One of the common themes in all this cultural mix, was team sports. In particular, rugby. Rugby is a truly team sport, and is steeped in very strong values such as fair-play, responsibility, respect, courage and integrity. All of which guide me in whatever I do.
Looking back on the last few decades, I think I could characterise my life as change.
I started out as an Art Scholar and student of Literature & Philosophy, became a corporate banker, working for Citibank for two episodes of 8-9 years, interrupted by a year-long team expedition driving from London to Cape Town in a Land Rover.
I left banking and became an independent team coach for executive boards, trainer & facilitator in team dynamics, leadership and change management.
I have been doing this now for 18 years, working mostly with large multinational organisations and companies, as well as SME’s. I am also a certified Facilitator and Team Coach for Airbus, and teach at various Business Schools and Universities in Spain, France, UK and Germany.
During this period, I have dedicated at least 10% of my time to being a student. This includes a Master in Transpersonal Psychology and NLP and becoming a Kundalini Yoga Instructor. My hobbies include publishing musical anthologies from the 1960’s onwards, and publishing family memoirs and genealogy.
That, and watching the Springboks beat the All Blacks!

Expert Coach, Facilitator and Content Design Creator
My journey has been profoundly shaped by the world of sports, with water skiing playing a particularly significant role. As a French National Champion in water skiing and having clinched victories at the European level, the discipline has instilled in me a fervent drive for excellence and a relentless pursuit of success. This sporting background has not only honed my skills in competition but has also provided invaluable lessons in discipline, determination, and resilience that I apply to every aspect of my personal and professional life.
With over 26 years of experience across various sectors such as telecoms and technology, I offer a unique perspective to my role as an Expert Coach, Facilitator, and Content Design Creator. Transitioning from the competitive waters of sports to the dynamic environments of multinational corporations has provided me with a deep understanding of leadership, teamwork, and the importance of continuous improvement.
I embarked on my professional journey in 1992, traversing roles in Commercial, Procurement, and Operations Management, honing my understanding of business dynamics. Over my 15+ years as Customer Director, I championed exceptional service delivery, fostering engaged teams and customer-centric process enhancements. My tenure culminated as Director of Customer Service Global Integration, overseeing standardization efforts. With extensive management experience across EMEA, I thrive in diverse, multicultural settings, enhancing both organizational and personnel efficacy. I specialize in leadership development across all levels, fostering effective communication, refining performance management strategies, and facilitating cultural transformations for digitization and organizational evolution. My expertise spans coaching, mentoring, training program design, and navigating cultural nuances for enhanced team engagement.
If I were to describe myself, it would be in the form of a 4-wheel drive, adept at overcoming challenges, and adaptable to various terrains. Through my work as a coach and facilitator, I strive to inspire positive change and drive transformation in the corporate world and beyond.

If I was to describe myself in 2 words it would be intercultural and change.
Not only are these the management areas where I have specialized in, but they are also what I have lived in my life (mainly by design).
Canadian and French, my dual nationality has always given me different perceptions of my environment, sparking my curiosity and inviting me to discover.
I studied Agricultural Engineering at McGill University in Montreal and specializing my Bachelors in hydrology and my Masters in renewable energy.
This enabled me to join the UN and work in Tanzania for a few years.
I then completed an MBA in New York and was fortunate to come to Europe just before the Berlin wall came down.
A life of management consulting ensued with fascinating intercultural and change challenges all around the world.
My career has been built around the many projects that I’ve experienced, in all sectors and in more than 80 countries.
My passion is to transmit ideas from one environment to another, seeking solutions to human challenges.
I teach intercultural management in a number of business and HR universities in France.
I am a Certified Partner in CultureTalk, a corporate culture diagnostic tool used for cultural transformations (mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, privatization and other reform initiatives).
I am also a certified facilitator and trainer for Airbus Leaderhsip University and the AirBusiness Academy.
My hobbies are using spices to create new flavours in exotic cuisine, swimming and writing short stories based on my different travels.
My home is in Toulouse, but the world is my oyster!

Head of International Growth, Consultant, Facilitator & Coach.
I joined INFOVA permanently in 2021 to lead the international growth and marketing department. Apart from training with our clients, I manage a multidisciplinary remote team.
Before joining INFOVA, I managed a Sales and Account mManagement team at Reuters News Agency in London. And before that, I worked at two start-ups (which are now scale-ups) also in the business development department. In all the companies I have worked in, I have seen the consequences of the lack of soft-skills training. There I developed my interest in training and different team dynamics in the corporate world.
Passionate about human behaviour and what the brain can do, I graduated as a Coach at CEC, in Madrid.
Like most of the INFOVA team, I have had a somewhat peculiar life. I have lived in 6 countries, and therefore speak five languages. I have played various roles before moving into the world of training, having spent time in organizations such as Save the Children and the International Criminal Court.
With a degree in International Relations and a specialization in security and defense from EMU and LSE, I wrote my thesis on negotiation techniques and models.
On a personal level, I love learning, cooking and I am an avid reader. In another life I sang jazz and boleros in London bars. I live in Newcastle, UK, from where I manage our projects in Europe. If you can’t find me, I’m probably sitting on a plane to somewhere new!
